SMALL GROUP LEADER
Serve as a mentor to a small group of students [based on grade and gender]
- Facilitate discussion among students about life and faith issues during scheduled small group time frame on a Sunday morning [@ 15 mins]
- Help students get connected with other students
- Connect with students outside of church, provide encouragement, support, & accountability
availability: Sunday mornings | 10:30am – 12:30pm
CRASH TEAM
Responsible for venue control and logistics
- Help with set-up, tear-down, special elements [communion, offering], sermon props, etc.
- Maintain a secure and orderly environment
availability: Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings [based on availability - weekly or every other week]
- Sunday | 10:30am – 12:30pm
- Wednesday | 6:30pm – 8:30pm
MULTIMEDIA TEAM
*Mainly students, but some skilled adults needed for specific roles
- Run sound, lighting, video [training provided]
- Additional opportunities to help shoot and edit video footage
availability: Sundays and/or Wednesday evenings
- Sunday | 10:30am – 12:30pm
- Wednesday | 6:30pm – 8:30pm
EVENT STAFF
Create a friendly & welcoming environment as students arrive and help track attendance
- Greet & check-in students using computer kiosks
- Register and connect first time guests
- Answer questions & provide info about program
availability: Sundays and/or Wednesday evenings [based on availability - weekly or every other week]
- Sunday | 10:30am – 11:30am [check-in station]
- Wednesday | 6:30pm – 7:30pm [check-in station]
- 1/2 hour before and after Sunday & Wednesday services at info. tables around GT campus
JV PROGRAM LEADER
Provide support and leadership in a high-energy, interactive, and competitive program specifically for students in 6th & 7th grade
- Facilitate, referee and participate in games and activities
- Help create a positive, upbeat atmosphere
- Maintain a safe & orderly environment
- *Assist with multimedia, as needed
- *Share brief devotional message
- *Help plan games and activities

availability: Wednesdays | 6:30pm – 8:30pm
TRANSPORTATION
Van/bus drivers serve on an as-needed basis to allow more student participation and keep costs low
- Drive missions teams to/from airport
- Day trips [Real Life Youth choir bookings, etc.]
- Weekend trips [Road Trip/Youth Convention, etc.]
availability: On an as-needed basis
OFFICE VOLUNTEER
- Assist with weekly data entry, phone calls, mailings and more
availability: As-needed, based on availability [depending on the task, can be done in the youth office or work from home]
- From youth office | Mon.-Thurs. 8am – 4pm
- From home | anytime
