- Setting up tables, chairs, and buffet tables
- Placing tablecloths and placesettings
FOOD PREPARATION
- Preparing food for meals [i.e., slicing lunchmeat, vegetables, setting up food trays, hot food]
SERVING
- Serving the meal and monitoring the replacement of items
CLEAN-UP
- Tearing down buffet tables, washing dishes, packing up tablecloths to be washed, packaging food, etc.
TABLECLOTHS
- washing, drying, ironing banquet tablecloths [can be done @ home; laundry detergent/stain remover supplied]
availability: As-needed [for events]; time frame varies

CASHIER
- Take customer orders and payment
FOOD PREPARATION
- Prepare ordered foods [i.e., salads, sandwiches, wraps, appetizers, etc.]
- Prepare hot/cold drinks [i.e. specialty drinks, coffee, smoothies, milkshakes, etc.]
RUNNER
- Page customers when food is ready
- Assist cashier in getting bottled drinks, coffee and pastries for customer
CLEAN-UP
- Wash dishes, gather trash, sweep floors, etc.
availability:
- 2 Sundays/mo. | 8am – 11am or 11am – 1:30pm
- 2 Wednesdays/mo. | 5pm – 9pm or 7pm – 9pm
