The files are in a universal PDF (portable document file) format so that anyone may read them.  You may download them or read them online, which ever you prefer.  Depending on your computer, when you click on a link above it may either open up right in your browser or it may want to download.  If you want to save it you can do so by either right clicking on the link and selecting "save target as" or you can click on the save button in the Adobe pdf reader that you are using to view the studies.
