"They spent their time learning from the apostles, and they were family to each other. They broke bread and prayed together" (Acts 2:24)
Objective: To develop a connection for people, and their families, who have been in conflict with the law to the faith community of Reading and Berks County. Time is spent together sharing a meal, in fellowship and in prayer.
Who is invited? Anyone who has been in conflict with the law and is trying to rebuild their life and that of their family members and **anyone in the Church community who has a heart to reach out to those with broken lives.
What will happen there? **Volunteers from the faith community provide fellowship to the Halfway Church through a meal and prayer. An opportunity exists for guests to voice concerns and express fears and joys.
