Meet the 4D Leadership Team
Pastor: Scott Kramer

Scott is the teaching pastor and leader of 4D. He and his wife Kate founded the Young Adult Ministry 6 years ago, and Scott has been leading the Small Groups Ministry at Glad Tidings for about a year now. Scott has been involved with ministry at Glad Tidings for over seven years, and was hired as full-time Associate Pastor in January 2005. Scott loves to teach the Word of God, and has a passion for reaching this emerging generation. His hobbies include eating, drinking coffee, family, church-league softball, competing in anything imaginable, and of course spending time with Kate and their two boys.
Administrative Ministry Assistant: Jenn Kerschner

Jenn Kerschner is the Administrative Ministry Assistant for Pastor Scott and the Multimedia Director for 4D. She has been attending 4D since she graduated from Lancaster Bible College in December of 2003 and became a ministry partner with 4D in October 2004 doing Multimedia. In the summer of 2006 Jenn was brought onto the church staff as an intern and joined the staff full time May 2007 as Pastor Scott’s Administrative Ministry Assistant.
Jenn loves to hang out, see new places, and is alway up for a random new adventure.

Mark Cline is apart of the Leadership Advisory team for the 4th Dimension Young Adults group at Glad Tidings; he has attended 4D for 3 years. Before this he was a missionary with Youth with A Mission in Denver Colorado for 2 years before moving to Pennsylvania with his wife, April, and 6 month old son, Elijah. He enjoys eating, praying, spending time with his family, and just having fun. He is a 6th Generation Californian. He was born and lived in California until he was 21, when he met his now wife in YWAM Denver.
Malachi 4:5-6: "See, I will send you the prophet Elijah before that great and dreadful day of the LORD comes. He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers; or else I will come and strike the land with a curse."
April Cline is the Service Coordinator for the 4th Dimension Young Adults group at Glad Tidin

Scot Leonard is the worship leader at Fourth Dimension. Before this, he spent two years serving on the 4D worship team as a bass guitarist. He became a musician at the age of sixteen when he began playing bass for a local Christian rock band. Since then he has chosen to concentrate more on acoustic and electric guitar and enjoys dabbling in drums and other instruments. Scot is also the worship leader at his home church in
Worship Team Co-Leader: Ryan Massey
Ryan is the welcoming committee leader. He has been attending 4D for about 2 years. Before that he was a youth leader at the New Harvest Church in Fleetwood PA. He loves to serve and minister to people of all kinds. He also helps on the worship team by playing the guitar, bass or singing. His loves are simple: God, music cars(Camaro) and sports.

Social Coordinator: Meg Arnette
Meg Arnette is the Social Leader of Fourth Dimension. She has been attending 4D for a year now and enjoys planning and organizing the social events for everyone at 4D. She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in English at Kutztown University, and hopes to become an English professor in the future. In the meantime, she works as a graduate assistant at Kutztown and a freelance writer for the Lebanon Daily News. She is also a part of the 4D worship team, and enjoys praise, worship and ministering to young adults. In her spare time she enjoys writing, reading, hiking and running. She also loves a good cup of coffee and some great conversation!

Jason Kurtz
Jason is the Prayer and drama team leader for 4th Dimension Young Adults Group at Glad Tidings; He has attended 4D September 2004. Jason works as a nurse and has a heart to see people healed, physically and spiritually. He enjoys outdoors, hiking, volleyball, reaching out to the lost, and praying for them. Jason has a passion to see people grow closer to the Lord using drama and praying for them.
Jeff Dragan is the Outreach Coordinator for 4th Dimension Young Adults Group at Glad Tidings; he has attended 4D since Jan 2004.
Jeff served in the military for 4 years. Jeff’s passion for ministry is to see those who hunger for truth find it. He enjoys hanging out with friends and meeting new people, playing with kids, and eating a plain hamburger.

Women's Small Group Leader: Sarah Fick
Sarah Fick is a leader of a 4D women's small group which is led from her home and is member of the worship team. She is a graduate of Kutztown University with a major in Spanish.
Sarah has a heart for supporting the persecuted church and her passion in ministry is to make Jesus known through teaching God's Word.
Sarah lives in Muhlenberg with her husband David and two dogs, Gruffin, a Corgi and Duncan, a hound-mix. Her favorite activities include gardening, sleeping, eating and spending time with family and friends.
Small Group Leader: Toni Wengerd
Toni Wengerd is a women’s small group leader for 4D. She has been attending 4D since 2002, started hosting the small group in 2004, and in 2005 Toni began leading the small group. Being a part of a small group has been a wonderful experience for Toni. The small group provides a close group of girls to share life with, pray for, and hang out with each week. In her spare time, Toni loves to spend time with her husband, hike, work in the yard, and cook or bake in the kitchen.
Small Group Leader: Lisa Rowzer
Lisa Rowzer is a Small Group Leader for 4D. She has been attending 4D for 2 years now. She is a R.N. and enjoys serving others. She was also a Missionary Kid to Papua New Guinea and has a heart for missions. She enjoys traveling, mountaineering, sky diving, scuba diving, scrap-booking, playing the piano, and painting. She wants to use her talents and abilities to help minister to and lead others to Christ. She wants to be a godly woman with her life reflecting His love and grace.
