Meet the 4D Leadership Team

Admin/ Co-Ministry Leader: Jenn Kerschner

Jenn Kerschner is the co-minister to 4D with Pastor Brandon. Jenn has been on staff with 4D since May of 2007. She is passionate about teaching God's Word and seeing young adult's lives changed.
Jenn loves to hang out with friends, see new places, and is alway up for an outdoor adventure.
"The steadfast of mind You will keep at perfect peace because he trusts in You."
Is. 26:3  

Leadership Advisory Team & Prayer Team Co-Leader: Mark Cline

Mark Cline is apart of the Leadership team for 4D. Before this he was a missionary with Youth with A Mission in Denver Colorado for 2 years before moving to Pennsylvania with his wife, April, and 6 month old son, Elijah. He enjoys eating, praying, spending time with his family, and just having fun. He is a 6th Generation Californian.  He was born and lived in California until he was 21, when he met his now wife in YWAM Denver.
Malachi 4:5-6: "See, I will send you the prophet Elijah before that great and dreadful day of the LORD comes. He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers; or else I will come and strike the land with a curse."

Service Coordinator: April Cline

April Cline is the Service Coordinator for 4D.  Before this she was a missionary with Youth with A Mission in Denver Colorado for 2 years before moving back home with her husband and 6 month old son, Elijah. She enjoys cooking for anyone who visits there home, spending time with her husband and 2 children, Elijah and Gabrielle; and serving in anyway possible.
Colossians 3:13-15: "Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful."

Drama Team Leader & Prayer Team Co-Leader:
Jason Kurtz

Jason is the Prayer and drama team leader for 4D; He has attended 4D September 2004. Jason works as a nurse and has a heart to see people healed, physically and spiritually. He enjoys outdoors, hiking, volleyball, reaching out to the lost, and praying for them. Jason has a passion to see people grow closer to the Lord using drama and praying for them.

 Outreach Coordinator: Jeff Dragan

Jeff Dragan is the Outreach Coordinator for 4D; he has attended 4D since Jan. 2004.

Jeff served in the military for 4 years. Jeff’s passion for ministry is to see those who hunger for truth find it. He enjoys hanging out with friends and meeting new people, playing with kids, and eating a plain hamburger.

Small Group Leader: Toni Wengerd

Toni Wengerd is a women’s small group leader for 4D. She has been attending 4D since 2002, started hosting the small group in 2004, and in 2005 Toni began leading the small group. Being a part of a small group has been a wonderful experience for Toni. The small group provides a close group of girls to share life with, pray for, and hang out with each week. In her spare time, Toni loves to spend time with her husband, hike, work in the yard, and cook or bake in the kitchen.

Small Group Leader: Andrew Wengerd

Andrew is a men's small group leader with the 4th Dimension Ministry.  He is a graduate of Grove City College in Western Pennsylvania and has been attending the young adult ministry at Glad Tidings since 2002.  Andrew has a heart for small group ministry and the fellowship and growth that can come from being involved in a small group.  He enjoys playing golf and softball in his spare time along with learning new ways to water-ski.

Small Group Leader: Ricky Rivera

Ricky is a leader of a 4-D small group. He has been attending 4-D since 2008, and began leading a small group in 2009.  He has a passion to see Young Adults grow in their spiritual walk and become the men and woman, God has intended them to be. Some of his favorite things to do are spending time with his wife and love ones, playing basket ball, playing video games and playing board games. 

Isaiah 4:9-10 "I took you from the ends of the earth, from its farthest corners I called you. I said, 'You are my servant'; I have chosen you and have not rejected you. 10. So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

Small Group Co-Leader: Tammy Rivera
Tammy is a co-leader of a 4-D small group. She has been attending 4-D since 2008, and began leading a small group in 2009.  She has a heart to see people connected in a small group, so that they can become closer to God and grow in their faith. Some of her favorite things to do are spending time with her husband, family and friends, reading playing games and watching movies.

Matthew 7:13-14 "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it."
